Training
Get your forklift licence with our nationally recognised forklift training course, delivered
by experienced trainers and assessed by SafeWork NSW accredited assessors. Everything
is completed onsite – training, assessment, and High Risk Work Licence application. No third
parties, no hidden fees.
Delivery Options
We offer two course options to suit your level of experience:
Both pathways include the nationally recognised unit of competency TLILIC0003 – Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck, and the licence application is submitted by us following your successful assessment.
- TLILIC0003 – Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck (nationally recognised)
- Delivery by qualified trainers with industry experience
- Assessment conducted by a SafeWork NSW accredited assessor
- Access to all required learning and assessment resources
- High Risk Work Licence application submitted by us after successful assessment
- Statement of Attainment issued upon course completion
- Student support and reasonable adjustment options available
- Conducting pre-operational safety checks
- Planning work and assessing risks
- Safe forklift operation in various work conditions
- Responding to hazards and emergencies
- WHS obligations and site-specific procedures

To enrol in this course, each participant must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have at least a Year 10 level of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Provide valid physical photo ID (digital licences are not accepted)
- Complete the mandatory online pre-course study and assessment
- Wear safety boots, long pants and a high-vis shirt
- Be willing to study and review material outside of training hours to prepare for assessment

- Contact our Student Support Team on 03 9249 5188 to assess your eligibility. We aim to support all learners, but due to licensing requirements:
- Interpreters are not permitted during the formal assessment
- A Year 10 level of LLN is required to meet the assessment demands
- Let us know early so we can assist you where possible.

3. Pre-Course Study
Receive your online study link, upload ID, and complete the pre-training review.
4. Attend Training and Assessment
Come to your scheduled sessions ready to learn and demonstrate your skills.
5. We Handle the Rest
After successful assessment, we’ll submit your High Risk Work Licence application.

Important Information
This course is delivered by Programmed Skilled Workforce Pty Ltd, RTO Code 110043, and includes the nationally recognised unit TLILIC0003 – Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck.
Training and assessment are conducted in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and SafeWork NSW licensing requirements.
If you are unsuccessful in completing the required assessments within the permitted number of attempts, a $150 reassessment feewill apply.
Your licence application will be lodged by us after successful assessment by a SafeWork NSW accredited assessor.
